Any Mutuals that Have Indexed Life Products?

I don't know of any, I know mutuals are on the slow side when it comes to adaptation, and just wondering if there's any mutuals that do have indexed life products out there. If there is, do they have dividends on top of the indexed returns?
Just a curious question.

Penn Mutual has a strong IUL

Nationwide Mutual has indexed UL.

I believe they work have multi-channel distribution, not only captive agents.

I am still new to all of this so I only have a couple of carriers. How does Monumental's IUL compare to all the ones I hear everyone say have "good" UIL products?
