I was going to go as a Med. Advantage plan but then I would have to get a scope of appointment for every house I wanted to trick or treat at. I was having a party so I was going to have to file that with CMS and then I could only serve carrots and I was not sure if alcohol could be considered a meal. So I said screw it and went as a Med Supp!

Yes it is, Nope bought the clothes online, and did the makeup myself with Theatrical stuff.
