They used to issue those policies in a few days. They've had five of my policies for about three weeks and haven't issued even a certificate number on any of them yet. No pending requirements. Just sitting there...

Damn Canadians.

I had the same issues this week...
I heard they had a major computer failure. I just got some policies issued yesterday

I started using Foresters about 8 weeks ago. So far they have been DOG SLOW.
They are going to have to fix their problems soon or they will not get more business from me. I like everything else about them though.

This is Foresters. They will claim they got more applications than they were expecting or that they had computer troubles.

I have been contracted with them for 5 years, this is the norm. They had a bit of a honeymoon period with the PlanRight, but, they are back to being themselves.

I quit using them because of stuff like this. I have using them a bit again lately because they have been taking some of my declines at other companies and on an immediate plan. Or, so they say. They say they are approved, but, the policies have not been isued. Some sitting there for 3 weeks. You try to get them on the phone and you will be on hold for 10 minutes while they play a stupid recording over and over again saying that you can check your pending and isues at their website. Well duh!! If I could check it at the website, I wouldn't be calling.

They are good for certain situations, for now. I would sure hate for them to be my "go to" company. They are an administrative nightmare.

Every time I call them, they're friendly enough. But something MUST be done about their smooth jazz saxophone hold music. It's straight from 1980s Skin-a-Max softcore love scenes.

They need to talk to the people at Settlers and get hooked up with the guy who does their bluegrass hold music. That, my friends, is some A-game hold music.

Settlers hold music was actually recorded by a Settlers agent who is also a gee-tar picker.
