I saw that program also. Craig Randall uses it. Google Randall Marketing and click on the one on one lead generation. I believe he uses a $100 card and requires the prospect to come in for a second appointment before he gives them the card. That way he can disqualify them at the first meeting if the chances are slim of them becoming a client. I think he puts some wording on the mailer something to the effect that "You must have $200,000 in investable assets to qualify for the card"
