Anyone Have Dealings with Crusader Insurance Company?

They've contacted me about getting appointed with them. So far I just told them I was going to check into their company a bit before getting into the more nitty gritty of the details. Any information would be helpful.

Their reputation for paying claims is not steller. The agency I started out in the business with worked with them and we had a few issues on claims denials that we felt were incorrect so we stopped placing business with them. Do you own background check but that was my experience 5+ years ago.

They were the first company I got appointed and I onlt wrote a Tavern with them. Their rating was B an now is A-
They are my last choice to get a quote.Lastly they usually pay 10-12% commission .
