Good luck. Since you are new to the industry understand that after you get your license you will also face difficulty with some carriers getting appointed or receiving advanced commissions. You may have to get paid as you earned the commissions. I would recommend avoiding at the beginning insurance agencies that are also FINRA registered. You will face a harder time. Good luck
