Anyone Hear Any Info on American Republic

Met with them today and spoke with the area manager. He was interested in me to come on board and become a manager. The only thing you start at 18% contract and go up to 22% with 3% override. They do provide leads but he said it is a career agency. Any input would be great. thanks

Those commissions are extremely low.
Usually a "career agency" means captive and you are expected to constantly recruit.
Also a career agency usually comes with a large up-line, this would explain the low commissions.
If you want to sell American Republic, I would suggest you call Pinnacle Benefits at 1 336 759 3959 (located in NC)
They start you off at 26%, when you have written 50,000 AV then it goes to 28%, over 100,000 it goes to 32%
Also if you do recruit someone for them, you will get a 3% override, no management and no charge back. I don't work there any longer but it is the best company to work for.
FYI I quit writing when they changed their PPO network to Great West, it is horrible in Dallas.
