Most of us have heard of Aetna, UnitedHealthcare and Universal American, but I'd like to know if anyone has worked with a regional Medicare Advantage carrier they think well of. In New York CDPHP does a great job with benefits and customer service, but don't have any SNP products. If you work with or have worked with any regional plans that you think do a good job could you post them here along with what their service area is? Feel free to point out any that don't do as good of a job as well.
