Anyone Know how to Embed Video?

Hey guys I am trying to embed video via vimeo on the forum, anyone know how to do this?

Is there a place on the site that explains it, I just tried to embed using

[youtube]<object width="560" height="315"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/5uJR9hO9AZI?hl=en_US&amp;version=3&amp;rel=0"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/5uJR9hO9AZI?hl=en_US&amp;version=3&amp;rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="560" height="315" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>[/youtube]

It did not work.

Is there an example I could see somewhere?
