Anyone Know of a Plan N in Kansas?

So far I have NO plan N in Kansas. I wonder if the KS DOI morons are making it too hard. It took MOO's UW rates over a year to get approved. They kept having to PROVE how they could offer plans so cheap. Turns out MOO knew what they were doing. Their rates are still the cheapest in the state four years later.

Yes, they have been filed and are waiting to be approved by the DOI.

If you would like to send me an e-mail I will send you a copy.

You have Lisa and my email addresses.

Or... just say it here. Who is filing a N in Kansas? UW just listed their Modernized 2010 outline of coverage on their site and it has NO N so I may be wrong in assuming they won't have one. Maybe it's in the works.

United World has filed rates in KS.

I just sent you an e-mail.

This is the a list of states that I have where MOO has filed rates in for the new standardized plans. They are currently in the "proposed" column.

AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, IA, MN, NC, ND, NY, NH, JN, NM, NV, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI.

They have the following states shown on their commission schedule but to the best of my knowledge they have not filed yet.

Rates have already been approved in the following states.
