Client received a notice from PTNA regarding the rehabilitation. Anyone have opinions on the prognosis for their recovery?

Last I heard was that PA Insurance Commissioner was recommending dissolution.

It has been recommended and the process has begun to liquidate the company. All policies will then fall back to be the responsibility of each states Guarantee Association and claims only paid up to each states respective LTC limit.​

I have a future client who received a letter from Penn Treaty that they are in bankruptcy proceedings and they would let him know in thirty days if the would be dissolved.
