Hello,

I am making the transition from working in a call center to becoming an independent agent. The Insurance Suite seems to be a great company but I am hoping someone here can tell me about their experiences with them. I'm a newbie... please be nice.

There is a lot of great information on this site (and the occasional upity troll) just be patient. Unfortunately I can not help you with your question but I am guessing someone will be able to answer. There is also a getting started area you may want to ask there.
