Hi, can anyone please provide guidance on how to do do an AOR change for Wellcare? Thanks for your input.

Create a ticket on WellCare callidus

have the client sign and date a letter that says they want you as their agent. Put your agent ID and their member ID. Attach that to the support ticket.

Yes but on WellCare if the commission has been paid out for yr I don’t believe you get renewal till next yr on aor’s . Last year that was the rule . Now this yr they changed if you do a WellCare to WellCare plan change you get the rest of yr commission and the original writing agent gets the chargeback . I saw no change of guidance on aor’s from last yr . United doesn’t allow aor’s and Humana’s hell to get one so I stopped doing .

Can a AOR change bedone for United healthcare?

I’m not sure. I’ve done maybe 2 AORs in 13 years so I’m not up on it all
