It depends on the risk coverage, age etc. but let say 2 Mil in coverage would cost about $5000 a year.
Why not just quote it?
Without even an area, its useless for someone to just through numbers out there.
Lets see, I have a 32 unit complex that costs $18K a year (largest one in my book). It's about $7M in coverage, so Sales isn't to far off on this. Problem is, as you go larger, I don't think it scales correctly.

What is the square footage and is it sprinklered? I have 100+ apartments in Oregon with rates all over the board from a $90 per unit to $180 per unit. We need more specific information to give you a reasonable estimate.
