Appt Setting Third Party Script!!

Hey FE pros, I need a big favor....Ive concluded that Im not near as good on the phone as Id like to be, but Im pretty good once Im in the home!! So Im in the process of interviewing some appt setters from CL (if u know one whos available, pls let me know)!

I need a script to use that a third party can easily learn, but effective with some simple rebuttals she can overcome just to get me in the door!! I want 1 where she would use my name in the script.

If u have an appt setter whos looking for more work OR a script I can use, pls post of PM me. Im was thinking of paying $10 per appt with an extra $10 per close....is that about right for our industry??

Im looking to start in April!

They would need to say the same thing you are saying now. As a general rule no one is going to do a better job than you will. Just my two cents but using an appointment setter works best when you are so freaking busy you just can't do it all and you want to outsource the things you have mastered yourself as you can train on them.

Nobody is great on the phones in the beginning.
You could go this route, but it will be a waist of money. You're already paying $20ish per new lead...adding another $20 per lead cost isn't doing yourself any favors.
I know it's tough, but strugle with it for a few months before giving up. In the long run, you will be more successful. Also, the ones that you do set for yourself, are easier to close, since you already will have one 'touch'.
My humble opinion.

I feel u on this, and Ive considered it....but Im also losing out on appts NOW that an exp appt setter could get me. 3-4 more appts a week would be 1-2 more deals!! Im not going thru with it unless I get someone I KNOW is good!!

I think that hiring an appointment setter is a great Idea. When I was at my peak FE production I used an appointment setter.

I would even suggest using the telemarketers to generate your own leads.

I've tried it. Waste of time and waste of money. Get better on the phone yourself instead of letting your call reulctance and lack of confidence force you to spend money on people.

What's going to happen is you are going to get either very few appointments and your appt setter is going to quit or you will get bad appoitments because your setter will be willing to set an appt with any warm body because that is the only way they make $$$.

The only way that I would even THINK of doing it would be to pay someone by the hour to start while they get the hang of it.

A few thoughts: How are you going to know how they sound on the phone??? I used callfire so I could listen to the calls (which was expensive) and the people that I trained and thought were doing a great job were TERRRIBLE. Mumbling, lying to the people, long moments of silence ect.

my guy has about 10 years experience, and quite plainly, he kicks ass. i'm closing around 70%, and from what i understand is a common rip-off/scam trick, i've NEVER had an appointment tell me at the door that they weren't expecting me.

i'm sure he'd love the additional business---pm me and his info is yours.
