?Are Any Cos Offer ALL Medigaps for Under 65?

Illinois state law says that every company that offer Medicare plans has to offer Disability plans as well. Each company picks which one they want to offer.

Pretty much state specific. Some states require that a company offering "any" medsupp plan to regular beneficiaries must also offer that same plan to underagers. The price is the trick. Gerber in MO for example makes it real clear that they don't want DI supplements. They price it at ~100% more than the T65'rs. Kansas requires that a plan offered must be also offered to underagers, but it has to be offered at the same price as T65's.

Asking general "who does what" questions won't get you very far. We see you're in TX, but is that the state you're asking about?

thanks for your reply. yes, I am in Texas. The rates for those under 65 are ususally twice the rate as a T65 with the companies that I am appointed with,
