Are There Any Stressful Gurus?

I'm new in the insurance business and it's natural to have a lot of stress, i'm asking the gurus of this forum, later down the road years to come when i become a guru too will i be stress free?
Will i be going to work like i take a walk in the park?
Are there any stressful gurus?

What you have to learn over time is to try and keep a level disposition. Don't get too high when it's working, don't get so low when it's not.

To be perfectly honest I think my most stressfree time was after I had been in the business about 5 years. But now that I have purchased the agency there are days that I could scream...between problems with clients...employees...trying to manage the existing book as well as managing new business production and everything else that goes with running a business...it is stressful. I need to take up a hobby!

Life is full of stess, no matter who you are.


Working for yourself is stressful. Worrying about your next paycheck is also.


But doing this does get easier. After a while you will learn what works and what dont. You will learn from your mistakes and learn what it takes to make it.
