Didn't they start out as a couple of attorneys co-authoring a book? Then it grew into something larger? I do not know if they have a legitimate charter to be a "watchdog" group nor a credentialed authority.

I will have to look into this when I have more time. Anyone else?

I'm thinking that asset protection might well be the key in the near future! Just how much profits can these banks take on the back of consumers?
