Hello all,
first post here :)

I have a question about autodialers
What do you think the best auto dialer is for a stable 20 person office?

I'm looking for something that'll call 4-5+ prospects per agent available.

Thanks so much guys!

You have a stable for an office? You must be from the south?

I presume you mean power dialer? I'm biased in thinking that mine is an ideal solution, but five 9 also puts together a good setup. Quite a bit more pricey, but a legit system.

Hahah ;) Thanks for that I actually laughed out loud. Needed that it's been a long day - so have any suggestions??

Salesdialer is a good option for dialers. I have used them but I plan on trying Josh's out in the near future.

It's also good to see a new poster that has a since of humor. Welcome....

I think salesdialers is a good product, but they are relatively lackluster when it comes to a true call center environment. For an individual agent it's a great way to get through a bunch of numbers, but there isn't a way to integrate multiple agents into the same campaign or to be able to do comprehensive reporting on the back end. If I was running a call center of any size I would definitely cross them off the list (which they'll tell you point blank).

For what you want, Asterik is best, and its cheap...as in free! You can grow with it because it's open source so for your 4 person or 24 or 240 person office, you will be fine.
