Automating Client Calls

I have been experimenting with Leadpod and have found that they have a better system than me for call back in the first week...but I'm looking for some type of system to automate my callbacks after the first 7 days...something like my autoresponder I put the client in there and they get 7-10 messages over a 4 month period of time...I am just looking for something to keep me straight on callbacks not to actually make the calls.

I believe that I'm losing people that if I could call them back consisently after say 2 weeks I might pick up extra sales.

What you can use it a CRM like SalesForce , Zoho whatever floats your boat.

Set up a call back, let's say 4 days from now. Then on the 16th the lead with be on the homepage of your crm under todays events at least for zoho, that way you know which leads are due for a call back. Some systems have business rule which will automatically schedule the call backs for you, check em out.
