Avoid This Lead Source

82 undeliveralbes of 1400 mailed. Sorry that wasn't clear. IF I got 82 actual responses I'd be happier then a bug in a rug cause then the number of appoints should be maybe 1/3 of that and close 1/2 of that. But NO, 82 of 1400 mailed returned cause address not correct. However the actual people that called in was about 1% and appontments set was 4 again, 2 bogus (or not meeting their own criteria and 1 close and 1 maybe).

That is my complaint. It so far is not worth the $$ I laid out nor what was promised. My calendar filled with appointments. filled is not 4 appointments in a month. Well not in my book.

Their advertising of keeping your calendar full sounds like hype on their part. Your expectations are probably too high as well.

Maybe my expectations were out of whack. I did expect at best 3 appointments a week over the last month not 4 total for the month.

But yes, I am in hopes that the next round will result in another closing, thus making my investment double! All it takes in 1 person with 1 30k annuity!

Are their any good lead companies for annuity leads ?

Well at this point, for me, it's not the leads are good or bad, ti's just the companies delivering what they promise to deliver and do what they say. IF they can't do that, then they are not good to me.

I was reading on badjobgoodjob there is also a lead company that is called prestige management that has some harsh word said against the company.I do know some Farmers agents that have gotten burned, I work for a lead outfit and it is a good thing to know who is the bad competition. If anyone has gotten there money back please let me know, like I said I know a few people that are still trying to get their money back

Well about the only bright side is at least you will hopefully break even and maybe make a little more.

It could be worse and you could have gotten nothing. I know that is not much consolidation. They obviously way over promise and cannot deliver.

As the other fellow said -- a lot of people are getting kicked out of their homes. In a normal time - the response might have been a lot better. :-(

As far as I know - Cold Solutions is banned by the DOI from FL or they were.

Why did you not buy your own list and mial your own piece? what you need is a sorting office , like the one I use . keep controll of your marketing , delagation is death to an insurance man .....-alex

Can you recommend a good list broker and what is a sorting office?

O, I re read their site and the went over the calendar from an agent they gave me to view. Well don't you know his calendar is filled with appointments like 4 a day every day for 2 weeks in a row then a few days no appointments but then slammed again. So I think I based my expectations on what they showed me. Misleading is the word that comes to mind. BUT it's over and done. Just don't want others to get ripped off using them.

Banned from FL? Wow!

out of 82 you only got 6 appts???

hmmm i can typically set 30% b of my mailer leads into appts. Im curious to the script u use to set the actual appts? are u enthusiastic? or r u pitching insurance over the phone and scaring away the prospect?? or maybe the company is just bogus. I wish people would post their scripts on here so we can all become better

NO 83, now 90 or 92 returned as not deliverable out of 1400 sent. Only 4 set appointments out of whomever called in. I don't set the appointments that was there job for the fee. Mailers and set appointments to keep my calendar filled! Wasn't filled.

I did prestige management, don't even waste your money. They had to done within 3 months, which was great, but a lot of the numbers were disconnection and even more said they never owned an annuity, when the list said they each had at one time owned a fixed annuity.
I've heard a lot of negatives after I bought.
