This law will go back up again in front of the supremes. As soon as 2014 comes around and people get hit with the tax/penalty there will be another lawsuit for the constitutionality of the tax. Back in July, the court ruled on the constitutionality of the mandate, not the penalty/tax...

I wish more States would do the same. ObamaCare is unsustainable as we will see over the next few years. Buckle up and hold on tight!

I live in WA and they are all excited about the exchange, although they too admit that the money for running it is nowhere to be found. Go figure.

Yes, I noticed the polls showed that people in GI states were thrilled to have the rest of the country help fund their endeavors!

I have a feeling the exchanges are going to be a disaster. The federal government doesn't have the time or the money to make the exchanges work.

Naw.... It's simple. Just organize a feed from IRS, HHS, DOL, ICE, Homeland Security, Insurance Companies, Consumers, Brokers and Employers. Set up a user-friendly website like medicare.gov. If you build it they will come. Will it succeed? Of course it will - just use PCIP.gov's actual enrollment of 2% of their expected enrollment as proof.
