Background check for State Farm Team Member

I have been offered a position as a team member in a State Farm agency.
They are going to do a background check on me. I have a clean criminal record, no tickets, no foreclosures or bankruptcy, but I am behind on my credit cards 2-3 months.

Is the cc situation going to hurt me?

I am currently in the aspirant program and I was told if your score drops in the 600's or below there may be issues but I am not certain on their policy

Oh, wow, 400 is pretty bad. I can almost guarantee it would have gone better if you were upfront and transparent about it to start with.

I know of someone who got a job with State Farm with multiple felonies, he was extremely upfront, honest and took ownership of the situation and displayed rehabilitative behavior and was given an exception.

I was not told about the backgound check until after I accepted the offer. do you think it is best to let them know before I submit the form for the check?

I would let your Agent know. Maybe email them if you have not been upfront. I think you will be fine. Every Agent is different and how they will work with you.
