Bank P and C

A new branch for a bank that was not in our market opened about 3 years ago. They hired a friend of mine to do P&C. He was not experienced in P&C and customers didn't fall all over him to do business. Bottom line is now he is in a home improvement, handyman business and out of insurance. It can be done but there is plenty of competition and is as has been stated a separate full time business.
