Hi!

I need advice. I met with a woman today, turning 65 in October who retired from the Post Office. She is paying close to 200 monthly for a Blue Cross/Blue Shield Service Benefit Plan which includes Prescription Drug coverage.

I've always heard that one shouldn't touch a federal plan such as this but I think she could save money and get better service through a Med Supp and a PDP.

Any thoughts? Thanks!!

How much would a med supp + pdp be for her and is she taking any medications now?

Move on to the next lead.

Is your E&O up to date? Even is Med Supp and PDP is cheaper tday her current prescription coverage is probably vastly superior...
