BCBS Illinois Medicare SELECT plan C question

I have an expat that recently moved to Florida. I am helping the wife who will be losing her employer coverage, but the husband I find out to day has a Plan C Medicare SELECT with BCBS of Illinois.

I don't know much about their networks. Are the BCBS Select networks just for Hospitals? or do they include doctors as well? Are they nationwide networks? or are they contained to just Illinois and/or the midwest?
Will he be able to see hospitals in Florida?
Is there a website where I can look up the network?

Any info is appreciated!
