Is it is still true Blue Cross of AL doesn't do broker appointments? I am contracted with them for TN and GA but I think I was told they don't do broker contracts in AL? I went to their website and I can't find anything one way or another about it. I know they won't do it for this AEP IF they even do it, but for next year if I can.
