Being recruited to restructure PC agency- Need insight from someone with relevant experience please

I am being recruited to restructure a PC agency including hiring and replacing existing personnel, adopting new technology and data management platforms and new business lines implementation of Life, Health and Medicare. Looking for someone that has had relevant experience with comp expectations and profit sharing.

Hey Fed-Up. Thanks for the reply. Great question. 20 years of sales management and training, technology development and integration, data management and marketing. My expertise (or extensive background) is in Life and ancillary product sales.

My question was really based around performance incentives. What time of incentive based on revenue and profit growth potential and creating new revenue streams not currently present...
