My guess is that you don't write that many homes in California or you only write exceptionally urban properties. I am seeing upwards of 50% of common new policies in these zones these days. The entire thing is an utter wildfire insurance nightmare.Occasionally i ran into prospects looking for insurance for their house in High Fire Areas.
I could respond and tell you who I use, but by the time you read this post, the information will have changed. A short version of my answer thought - is to get used to FAIR and start shopping the DIC vendors, cause they are not all created equal.
