Im starting an Insurance Agency. Any suggestions for a phone/crm system. I've tried DYL and im looking into Incontact. Any other ones I should look into? Thanks

If you have technical skills, or an IT guy, suitecrm is what I use. Higher start up cost customizing it for what you want, but then you have exactly what you want at a (maybe) lower cost in the long run.
Vtiger is another somewhat customizable solution. Both will integrate with VOiP phone systems. Zoho too.
I might at some point host an insurance designed CRM/phone solution by subscription (based on what I use) for others, but it's at least months down the road
There's always the big usual suspects that work well, and are priced higher than I wanted to pay. I think the biggest is EZLynx

We use Salesforce that's integrated with Avaya. We added a third party CTI called Tenfold because of the additional special features that come with it. You can check a similar set up like this.
