I get the sense this is one of those individuals who are looking for fodder for a blog post somewhere.
Let's see, I want to look like an expert. Let me go ask a probing question of some experts, rewrite their answer and post it as if I know what I'm talking about.
I agree with Arnguy though, the best policy is the one you just bought that is valid and covers the situation that just came up.
You can then cancel it till the next time a situation might arise.

Yeh.
Actually I used to do a lot of thinking then I found out that that was a CMS violation so I have toned it down a bit.
