Finally an agent who understands the process.

Some agents don't know how to close the sale even when the prospect says "I'm ready to sign". If they haven't finished their "dog and pony show" they keep talking and end up walking away empty handed.

Naturally is the fault of the "lead" not the agent's inability to close the sale.

Closing one out of three is nothing more than a "fig newton" of the agents imagination. It doesn't exist in the real world no matter how good the agent is.
