BEWARE Hometown Leads Service

i recently purchased 20 leads from hometown,
i paid extra for medical conditions, age filters.
my state is accept/reject so preexisting conditions cannot be covered.

i explained this to the sale person before purchasing.
they have rejected 95% of my credited leads even though they
fall within my preexisting filters.

on top of the worthless leads (i have not made one sale)
their payment policy makes it very difficult to not be charged again unless you contact them in their very specific way.

there is not way to shut off leads if you are sick or on vacation.

in my experienced opinion this is a company to stay away from.

i have not received a lead from them in the two weeks before I canceled the service & they have so far refused to refund my remaining $60 even though I have canceled their service as per their policy.

words to the wise.

now i'm looking for a replacement. any suggestions?

According to those that have recently used Hometown, quality has drastically declined and user satisfaction appears to be at an all-time low.

Also..Hometown's brokers are generally NOT HOMETOWN brokers to the customer.

Oh yea...this is my opinion based on personal observation and opinions of others.

Instead of paying $15 a pop for HTQ's shared leads, call me and I'll pick random names out of the phonebook for $3 each. You'll do just as well, if your experience with them was anything like mine.

While you assessment is correct, in the future when evaluating lead companies you need a bigger sample than 20 leads.

I do not disagree with your assessment, I have cancelled service with them twice due to unacceptable quality.

Has anyone head of The Lead Connection. They are located in Lexington North Carolina. They charge $35 per preset final expense appointment. There is a 25 appt. minimum first time purchase, thereafter no minumum.
