Is it correct you need to have 1 small group policy to qualify for that snapshot bonus. Is that correct?

You're correct. There must be at least 1 Small Group policy in-force in order to receive the $25,000 "Snapshot" bonus. The rules are listed on the back page of the document.

Has anyone got the snapshot bonus yet? It was supposed to be paid today but I did get it.
 
No bonus for me, because I haven't written a group in 7 years. However, we know from the payment pattern of BCBS IL/TX that they "release" commissions on a given date (ie 8/1/2014) but they won't show in your checking account until 2 or 3 business days later.

Still, it would be nice if the company would at least send you a Congratulatory E-mail today, wouldn't it?

I called a few days ago, they had no information and told me to expect it on the September commission statement. I laughed at her and said "have fun with that one on Friday". She said she was seriously thinking of calling in sick today
 
I am eligible for the snap shot bonus (roughly $5000 from what I calculated) and do not expect to see any payment. They still don't have some clients assigned to me back in January after multiple AOR email attempts so I have no idea how they can calculate bonuses until they get their own accounting together.
