Bluewave for VOIP?

I have OOMA. No monthly fee. Pay state tax ($4 month in Calif). Unlimited long distance in the U.S. You buy the device ($200 new but $100 reconditioned on eBay). Phone quality so good no one has ever noticed I use it through VOIP.

I use Grasshopper to record and email messages.

This is a much less expensive way to go.

The link you added did not work for me.

Not sure how a VOIP system needs to be specifically designed for an "independent insurance agent" but I would focus first and exclusively on call quality with any VOIP system. All the bells and whistles in the world can not replace broken connections.

Read impartial reviews, test the system on LAN and Wifi and your office and at key employees homes before considering any of the features.
