BOP Carrier

Any suggestions on a BOP carrier with national reach that I could get appointed with?

Not looking at the big ones like Hartford.

I am in a niche and need a strong BOP that is not audited. I use Hartford now but due to the class it is audited.

I know another agent has a carrier that I had never heard with really good pricing.

Not sure where he found them. They are rated in the A's.

Thought maybe someone here would be willing to offer a carrier I could talk to.

What state and what class of business? That is going to help out a lot with answering that question. When you say "national" do you mean that you write across the county? If not, then "national" isn't going to mean much since most people aren't going to hear about the company anyway. No one hears about Zurich, Unitrin, Cincinnati, and things like that.

Fast Food franchise. Yes I am licensed in all 50 states and looking for a BOP.

Joe, not to be an ass, but this is commercial, I know you havent even started in the business yet, but if you try to learn commercial right now, you will only confuse yourself. I suggest, just sticking to the personal lines, auto home, for a while until you learn things and understand things in full before you dive into commercial.

I wish you luck in finding a national carrier that will write fast food restaurants on a BOP without auditing sales... that company would not last very long.

Thanks for the suggestion but I think you take my questions out of context. My dad is a CPA and does audit representation on a weekly basis for new clients all over Florida. That is what my dad is best at, I was trying to see if this is the same thing, as an audit to review everything was handled properly, and sometimes to determine future occurrences which i'm assuming a sales audit would be.

To point out my confusion, the only word that confused me on his post, ultimately was "class" and the way it was put into the sentence. Which is obvious to me now, meaning the "class" of business being it was a fast food restaurant. So Naturally, I put two and two together.
I'm not as confused as you think I am, but I do appreciate the concern. I know I have an unknown road ahead of me, but the good thing is that I have Many people that are willing to guide me into the right direction, every step of the way.

They are out there. But I guess as I think about it they are regional.

Hartford will write a sandwich shop on a BOP that is not audited but a pizza place they will audit.

----------------------------------------------------------Check out NOVA Casualty which is now part of AIX Group. I believe they have a non-auitable restaurant program that is price and coverage competitive and they will not have unreasonable volume requirements.
