Brazilians Purchasing Homes in Florida

Just read an article online saying Brazilians are buying up lots of real estate in Florida. Doesn't surprise me at all I knew a couple guys in brazil that had houses in Miami and boca raton, and they ALL dream of visiting Disney! Any Florida real estate or mortgage brokers on here have experience selling to Brazilians? I'm bilingual speak fluent Portuguese, and the weather in Colorado makes me think all the time of leaving and going somewhere else!
