The first year is ROP +4%.. Second year 50% of the face amount... Then full benefit after 24 months. Couple of health question but as close to GI as you are going to get without being actual GI.

Tehir WL is SI table 4 with 100K max at all ages. Nursing home//HHC rider can be added. Have a good traditional UL and traditional term to which you can add a DI rider (No Occupational ratings) as well the NH/HHC rider. 100K non med through age 70 for the traditional products... The only problem with them is low commission levels.
