FOr those that are indepentant - did you set yourself up as a sole prop., an LLC, or a corp? If so - why did you pick that format?

right now it will just be me - no other agents. But in due time I may bring on others.

Just keep it simple and do that kind of stuff much later and only after speaking to your tax people.
