California Non-resident License

I applied for a non-resident CA life/health license through sircon. I was notified via email that CA requires fingerprints for non-resident licenses. However, when I got by resident license, I took digital fingerprints at the sircon testing center. CA doesn't seem to accept this - as they are telling me that I need to get prints specifically for CA.

I'm not really sure what this means. Does this mean that I have to go back to sircon and get (and pay for) new fingerprints? I could use a little help from someone familiar with CA.

Thanks.
