I uhh... Don't see any mention of ACV. Shame.

Looks like a well thought put strategy to finally force the greedy insurance carriers to collect premiums so the carriers can make bank.

I especially like the part where they state carriers will be "driven"

Does this mean driven like hard working & ambitious? Or, driven like a Toyoya Camry with 300k miles & a bad transmission with bald tires & a broken gas gauge?
