Can an Insured, change their plan after Jan 1st ?

Hey Buds --- I got a Question;

Can an Insured (presently with Humana MA PLAN), change to United MA plan in January 2025?

I know they are able to make changed during OE, but what about during OEP (Jan- March 25)?

Thoughts /Comments ?

Yes.

OEP is for anyone on a MA plan (not supplements)

And it runs through March 31st not 25th.
