As long as the agent is licensed there, then he can do what you are saying.

Foresters will allow it as well.

Foresters will not allow me to sell a FE policy over the phone or fax. I am a FL resident agent and NY non resident. They said I have to meet in person to write the app.

I guess thats 1 of those top secret top producer privileges Im unaware of....for us reg agents, thats NOT allowed! Funny, I just had to ask them that last week....their reply, No!!

I believe ability to sell Plan Right by voice app depends on applicant's state. I've done a few. Don't be in a hurry. It's a long call. Can't be used if new policy is a replacement.
