Canceling Search and Save

Finally had enough of the slow painful experience when using SS.I was told by SS support if i cancel today my access ends today even though the bill cycles on the 29th and i don't see how to export file.Anybody have experience with this?I did ask SS support this but did not get a response.

I find their Support is horrible and that they really don't care about their clients.
It's sad how I've talked about how great they were the last two years but this AEP, they lost my support.

Also, I've never used them as a CRM. They only thing they do right is doctor lookup. In my opinion, The rest of their system is trash.

You don't find their Rx info is accurate anymore?

Sure, but who's isn't? But, when their system is this slow, there are better avenues to look up meds

I just got an email that if you don't counter sign your SOA in 30 days, it's gone. I use radiusbob for my SOA and the second the client types their name in and hits submit, my signature is added.
S&S is still great for doctor lookup but if you're looking for an all-in-one CRM. They aren't it

I really just use them for Rx lookup. Their doctor feature is good, but its not 100% accurate. I've noticed a few mistakes here and there around the Ocala metro.

Have you switched to another Rx lookup? I looked at another recently, Medicare Center? (or something like that I cant remember).
The thing holding me back is transferring all the Rx data. Not sure if there is an easy way to do it. But if I had to do it manually it would take weeks

I still use their drug lookup. But their slow system is getting to be more than a headache

I'm pretty sure Medicare center is through your FMO, so you can lose that info quickly.

It's my understanding an agent can get connecture directly with Connecture now for about $100 a month .

maybe if SS only charged 10.00 a month for provider search only and added a few more hamsters on their green wheel so it spins faster it may be worth it.

Yes, I was told that as well last August. I just like sunfire a lot better. But, it's through my FMO.
For now, I use S&S for drug and doctor lookup but I'm not sure how long that will last.
