Canceling Search and Save

Finally had enough of the slow painful experience when using SS.I was told by SS support if i cancel today my access ends today even though the bill cycles on the 29th and i don't see how to export file.Anybody have experience with this?I did ask SS support this but did not get a response.
 
I find their Support is horrible and that they really don't care about their clients.
It's sad how I've talked about how great they were the last two years but this AEP, they lost my support.

Also, I've never used them as a CRM. They only thing they do right is doctor lookup. In my opinion, The rest of their system is trash.

You don't find their Rx info is accurate anymore?
