If you do not generate leads or sales...but you get paid to process new business and get a cut of the action as a result?? If this is the case, I'd recommend getting over it....replacements are not that hard to find.
I think you are asking good question's you have been at a "Job" for 5 years and you are not sure where that will take you long term or if you should or could be doing better.
Clearly you are looking for what might be a better rout for you you long term.But
to go forward and give yourself a better future Maybe the best thing is to go as a producer, You obviously could sell as you have been doing it. You should make better money as a producer. It is the logical next step forward.
