Carrier Algorithm Trap

Shawn,
Looking good in the suite:jiggy:

You edited the video from yesterday. I was curious who had the $16,000 auto policy you used in you premium example.

This explores a common Agent misconception that if the Carrier returns a rate for the risk, you want the risk.

The Philosophical Agent response the video:
'From the agents perspective, our job is to sell. You provided me the product. I sell it. If you provided me something that is not perfect, it is your responsibility to fix it. I do what is best for the client every single time. '

"If you provided me something that is not perfect, it is your responsibility to fix it."

Dangerous statement. An agents job is not only to sell product, but also understand and explain its imperfections. E&O lies in the agents hands, not the carrier or clients.
