Carrier for Inground Pool with No Fence?

Does anyone know of any carriers that will insure a home with an inground pool with no fence, but has an automatic cover which is sufficient in Allen County, Indiana legally and for building permits? Have been turned down by Metlife,Travelers,Safeco, and Hartford because of no fence.

Probably Lloyd's of London is the only carrier that would assume that risk. That situation would be illegal in moist jurisdictions; however, that may not be true in Indiana.
