Carrier that goes off of units of insulin

I was doing a competitive analysis last year and I can't remember for the life of me remember which carrier would decide it's rate class based off of the number of units of insulin someone took in a day.

Can anyone refresh me on that by chance? And what your experience is with it?

Such as the amount of insulin required for standard is so conservative that no one gets it and information like that

Thanks!

If I am understanding your question, you are asking what FE carriers ask about units of insulin per day?

If so, Aetna is 35 units, Security National is 100 units.

Is that what you are asking?
