Any suggestions on good carriers that provide final expense leads or at least subsidies on final expense leads?

5 Star will give you a 5% credit after $6500 in AP in a month. This is a non-taxable net amount as the credit is paid directly to the lead vendor. Check out FEXContracting.com for more info on getting a contract with them.
